Assets stored in the Files tool are used in emails, social media, content marketing, sales, etc. The actual contents of each file have not been available until now, and they are valuable data.
The goal of this initiative is to scan public files for descriptions and tags that describe the contents of the file and, in some cases, provide excerpts or transcripts. We can then expose the data to other parts of HubSpot to supercharge content creation and management. This will essentially enable the contents of a file to be translated into a readable and searchable database for several tools to leverage within a portal.
You can now use AI Assistant in Ads to generate ad copy from using quick prompts for Facebook ad sequences.

On November 30, 2022, OpenAI introduced the ChatGPT chatbot, a natural language model designed to interact with users in a dialogue format that OpenAI says “makes it possible for ChatGPT to answer follow-up questions, admit its mistakes, challenge incorrect premises, and reject inappropriate requests.” ChatGPT intrigued and excited HubSpot founder and CTO Dharmesh Shah as it represented a bridge to what he referred to as ChatUX, the ability to put a natural chat interface on software. This vision inspired him and the HubSpot team to create ChatSpot, an app Shah called “a ChatGPT-powered A.I. tool that helps you grow better.”
